4. Does free shipping apply to international shipping?

Currently at this time, free shipping is only offered for shipping to Canada and the USA.

We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items. Refund request must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of product. Please note that we are only able to assist with refund or replacement if the product is damaged. Prior to receiving a video or picture as proof of damage.
